By accessing Business Hunter and subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Business Hunter is a newsletter and research service that publishes verified business opportunity analysis. We deliver weekly editions to subscribers via email.
- Free plan — 1 opportunity per week, basic information
- Pro plan — 3 opportunities per week, full research package
2. Subscriptions and billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Early bird pricing is locked in for the duration of your active subscription. If you cancel and resubscribe, the current price at that time will apply.
3. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again and will retain access until the period ends.
We offer a 7-day refund on your first payment if you are not satisfied. Contact us at businesshunterservices@gmail.com within 7 days of your first charge.
4. Intellectual property
All content published by Business Hunter — including opportunity analyses, scores, roadmaps and reports — is our intellectual property. You may use the information for your personal business decisions, but you may not redistribute, resell or publish our content without written permission.
5. No investment advice
Business Hunter provides market research and business opportunity analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing we publish constitutes financial, legal or investment advice. We make no guarantees about the success of any business idea. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on our content.
6. Accuracy of information
We research our opportunities carefully, but market conditions change rapidly. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information published. Always conduct your own research before investing time or money into a business idea.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share Pro content with non-subscribers
- Use our content to create a competing research newsletter
- Attempt to scrape or automate access to our content
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms, without refund.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to subscribers by email with at least 14 days' notice.
